Construction Training & Safety Services was started in 1993 by Michael Fullman as an independent Health & Safety training and assessment business aimed primarily at the construction industry. Mike’s many decades of experience in most construction disciplines and plant operation made him ideally suited to helping hard-working local people get into employment, and by opening up routes to further qualification, helping them to stay in employment. CTSS was then able to extend the range of services offered to include
training in such areas as safety management, street works, confined space entry, plant operation and much more besides.
We have been pleased to draw on the skills and experience of many talented local people since 1993 in offering our broad base of training and assessment. As a small local company we are proud to be able to tailor our courses to our customers’ needs, giving practical, flexible and personal attention across Cornwall and the wider South West region.
In 2015 we achieved our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in Quality Management.
